DAMAGE UPON RECEIPT OF PRODUCT
If you have received you package with damage during shipping, please inform us with 3 days.
RETURN POLICY
All returned products must be accompanied by a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA#). Please contact our customer service department for and RMA#. All returned products must be approved by iLandscapeLights.com. Returned products are subject to the following conditions:

Shipping charges must be prepaird by the buyer.

No product may be returned, if purchased more than a year from date of invoice.

No custom made or discountinued product will be accepted for return.

Returned products must be new and packed in original sealed factory box.

A minimum 30% restocking fee will be charged on returned products, EXCEPT for products approved by iLandscapeLights.com to be defective in material and workmanship. iLandscapeLights.com is not responsible, nor does it guarantee credit or replacement for any returned product without RMA#. Any returned product without RMA# will be refused.
LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
iLandscapelights.com warrants its products to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use, when installed in accordance with installation instructions.

Aluminum and Composite components carry a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from the date of sales.

Brass, copper, and stainless steel components carry a LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY from date of sales.

Transformers carry TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from the date of sales (excluding timers, photocells and otherr accessories) and LIMITED LIFE TIME WARRANTY on stainless steel exclosures.
This warranty excludes: Lights Bulbs and products not used in accordance with directions specified in installation instructions and subject to unauthorized repair.
Damages caused by accident, alteration, misuse, abuse and exceeding the cost of product. Costs incurred in shipment, repair, replacement, removal or installation of product by buyer and others.

iLandscapeLights.com reserves the right to issue credit, repair or replace the defective product, at our options, upon receipt of written notification by the original buyer of the alleged defect.

iLandscapeLights.com assumes no responsibility for improper installation of the product and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of this product.

The use of other company's products or components in conjunction with iLandscapeLights.com's products may not be covered by UL classifications and could be hazardous. Such usage, whether covered by UL classifications or not, automatically voids iLandscapeLights.com'sproduct warranty.

iLandscapeLights.com does not authorize any other warranty, verbal or written except as described here.
