RETURN POLICY
All returned products must be accompanied by a "Return Goods Authorization Number" (RGA#). Please contact our customer service department for and RGA#. All returned products must be approved by iLandscapeLights.com. Returned products are subject to the following conditions:

Shipping charges must be prepaird by the buyer.

No product may be returned, if purchased more than 35 days from date of invoice.

No custom made or discountinued product will be accepted for return.

Returned products must be new and packed in original sealed factory box.

A minimum 30% restocking fee will be charged on returned products (15% on exchanges), EXCEPT for products approved byiLandscapeLights.com to be defective in material and workmanship. iLandscapeLights.com is not responsible, nor does it guarantee credit or replacement for any returned product without RGA#. Any returned product without RGA# will be refused.
